Yes! We offer a $30/day Trial Pass for non-members. This enables you to kick the tires for a day before deciding to commit. It is also handy for out-of-towners who need a coworking space but won't be around for long. Contact us to select a day.

Coworking is a way that you can pay for a share of an office space, instead of renting an entire office. You share the space like members of a private club. Each share is called a "seat", and as a member, you have access to a variety of ammentities and can use the facility as your office and to meet clients. Sometimes, small businesses secure several seats and collaborate that way, or freelancers and remote workers join to get out of the house and enjoy a more productive work environment.

Open seating means your specific seat is not reserved for you...you pick whatever seat you like that is not occupied. Each seat has power hookups, and several have a hookup to big 30" displays. You can link into our high-speed WiFi. Print-copy-scan and bottomless coffee are also within easy reach. 

Have items you'd like to leave on-site? No problem! Personal lockers are included on site.

Open seating is $150 per month.

Dedicated seating (where a particular spot is reserved for your personal use) is also available. You get an extra-wide deskspace, a locking cabinet to keep your gear close at hand, the ability to leave your dual monitor setup or other desk items in place, and access to everything open-seating members enjoy.

Dedicated seating is $300/month.

Fathom Coworking is open from 8AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday. Need ocassional extended hours? Not a problem...just  let us know.

Day passes for members to bring a client or friend into the coworking space are available for $20 per day. Bringing a client into the retro game lounge or main conference room is at no added charge.

Hellenic Kouzina (Greek food) is an easy stroll up East Main Street and is an AMAZING place to eat. There are other eateries nearby as well: Dad's Garage Grill & Burger House is a few hundred feet away and offers delicious hamburgers, all-day breakfast, and, well, dishes rich in bacon. Snappers is a block north, and it has a grill section as well. And if you are in for a 15-minute walk, Kanagawa sushi is awesome as is Spice Indian Restaurant!

An online link enables you to book the conference room for you and up to four guests. Eight-hour advance notice required for meetings up to three hours long. You can book it between 9AM and noon, 2PM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. As a member, up to six hours of reserved meeting time is included per month. If the conference room is not booked and you happen to need it, you can simply use it. 

If you are a member with more than four guests, just snag a $20 guest pass for one of your guests; you can now have a meeting for up to eight people (maximum seating for the room). 

Fathom's conference room is available after-hours and on weekends for non-member meetings. The fee is $30 per hour (two hour minimum) and includes use of the retro game lounge. 

Yes, Fathom offers a 15% discount on its design services to members of Fathom Coworking. This includes logo design, web design, print design, signage, advertising, original illustration, video production, etc. (learn more). It does not include project expenses like printing—but we have great, cost-effective resources. Other members may also offer a discount to coworkers if they choose.

When you come on board, we email you a digital, invoice for the first two months. After that, your commitment is month-to-month. You can pay via credit card or connected bank account.

Extra-charge items:

• Bringing a friend or client into the second floor workspaces requires a $20 day pass.
• More than you and four guests in the conference room (snag a day pass and you can have a meeting of 10 people).
• Printing more than 50 pages at a time carries a 10¢ charge per page (honor system). 
• Use of our large-format color laser printer also requires an additonal charge. 
• Special booking of the site for off-hour events for member or non-members is available for a fee. Members get a discount.
